Welcome to the family.

Following in my tire tracks, if you will, my brother just purchased an older Saab similar to what I drive!  Very cool.  We’re going to have a “car maintenance afternoon” following church and lunch this Sunday!!

For whatever reason, I dig that.

Crazy looking cars, I know, but they’re fun!

Looks like an interesting vehicle. I’d be just fine with something like that in place of what I drive now, because as the mechanic so gently broke it to me, it’d cost me $1400 to fix my car’s problems.

To think, I just needed to pass emissions, and it’s gonna cost me the first $700 to do that… then another $700 so that my car’s engine doesn’t fall out of my car and/or disable my steering!

BAH, at least I’m about, oh, roughly 80% likely to obtain a new car in the next month or so. I applied for a program where the state buys my car for $3000 to put towards a vehicle that’s 3 years old or younger, so I’ll be getting a 2008 Chevy Cobalt pretty soon… at least, I hope, provided nothing goes wrong.

I’ll be so happy when I can drive around and not worry about getting pulled over…

Hope that works out for you! 🙂 I think that the newer Chevy Cobalts have been selling quite well, though they will likely be replaced by the soon-to-be-released Chevy Cruze, I believe.
